What if I sign up and can’t make it?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please do your best to cancel as soon as possible so that we can accommodate others who might be interested in attending!

Can I just drop in?

Spaces are limited, so we prefer it if you sign up beforehand. Also, we would first like to hear from you and learn a little bit about your movement background, if you have any injuries, etc. So just text or call ahead!

Is it like Ballet Barre class?

No, this is a fitness class designed around using the barre for support and strengthening. While there are some ballet-like movements, they are few and far between. Think of this more like an allover body workout – plies, lunges, push ups, abdominal work, back strengthening – all done with rhythm and flow. You will definitely break a sweat!

What should I wear?

Something comfortable, nothing too baggy! You’ll be barefoot, if that’s ok – otherwise, wear some socks! Grippy socks are best if you have them.
