Barre uses small controlled motion and a range of choreography with light hand weights to get strong and long.

The barre is the main prop used, but balls/therabands/yoga belts and blocks are all options for the daily movement menu.

Set to music to keep the beat and energy, alignment is the key to deepest work and results-as sitting is the new smoking, getting up on the legs and strengthening the thighs and seat with core work is the antidote.

Anyone can do it, just repeat and see progress.
