No, this is a fitness class designed around using the barre for support and strengthening. While there are some ballet-like movements, they are few and far between. Think of this more like an allover body workout – plies, lunges, push ups, abdominal work, back strengthening – all done with rhythm and flow. You will definitely break a sweat!
