Malvina Lorida is a movement educator, acupuncturist, and integrative health practitioner whose work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, presence, and compassionate care. Her approach blends therapeutic movement, Chinese medicine, and holistic wellness practices to support people in feeling stronger, more balanced, and more at home in their bodies.
A Comprehensive Pilates Instructor specializing in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates, Malvina trained with Gramercy Pilates and East River Pilates in New York City. She is also a Certified Gyrotonic® Instructor and Gyrokinesis® apprentice, as well as a 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher.
Her teaching integrates mindful movement, breath, alignment, and nervous system awareness, creating classes that are both grounding and restorative.
Alongside her movement work, Malvina is an experienced acupuncturist and educator currently completing her Doctorate in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Science. Her background includes clinical acupuncture practice, Asian bodywork, trauma-informed care, women’s health, and integrative wellness education.
With a warm and intuitive teaching style, Malvina creates supportive spaces where students of all backgrounds can move with greater ease, confidence, and self-awareness.
