I’m a movement lover, with a deep passion for Pilates and Yoga. I am also a professional dancer, acupuncture therapist, holistic health coach, and performance artist. Born and raised in Athens, Greece, I have been studying, performing, and teaching about the soma and its healing techniques in several different countries in Europe & US, such as Greece, Germany, Spain, and New York City.
My devotion to Pilates organically led me to become a certified Pilates instructor. I trained under Gramercy Pilates and East River Pilates in NYC, where I got my specialization in Pre and Postnatal Pilates, as well as under Nathalie Menegatou in Athens, Greece, where I continued my education in Cadillac, Chair, and Tower. I am also a certified 500 hours Yoga instructor from Science of Self in NYC, with specializations in Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal, Yoga for Cancer, and Yoga for Addiction.
Years of muscle injuries and other health related challenges forced me to discover and trust the wisdom of my body through the activation of my self-healing mechanisms and the realization that food is my medicine. These significant concepts guided me towards Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrative Nutrition. Soon, after, I became an acupressure and acupuncture therapist, a NADA Protocol advocate, as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by The Institute for Integrative Nutrtion, where I focused on detoxification and women’s health.
My main aspiration is to offer back to my community by sharing movement practices and other healing techniques that will help you achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
