Matteo is a movement and wellness coach dedicated to the art and science of mind-body integration inspired by the restorative power of nature that lives within and all around us.
With a background in sports, Qi Gong, and Pilates, Matteo began practicing the Gyrotonic Expansion System®©️ in 2010 here in Ulster County, NY and is honored to share this enlivening neuromuscular method with others. Matteo is also trained in Yoga (RYT-200), health kinesiology, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
Matteo brings a dynamic blend of imagery and wisdom into every physical practice to help reawaken the capacity for embodied joy from the inside out.
Beyond all the arching and curling in the studio, Matteo can be found exploring the Gunks, teaching expressive arts, and supporting people in their authentic healing journeys.
